I have a degree in Business Administration and Management, and I work in organic dryland farming, cultivating cereals such as wheat, barley, and sainfoin, as well as producing black truffles. I also provide family support in the production of artisanal honey. <\/p>\n

With my Ecoagrocorral project, I aim to complement my current agricultural activity with agritourism in order to bring value to the rural world.<\/p>\n

At Ecoagrocorral, we offer authentic rural experiences that connect people with the landscape, tradition, and local flavors.<\/p>\n

TALKS:<\/p>\n

Conversations about our sustainable farming methods on our organic agricultural estate. We believe that knowledge and connection with nature are key to understanding and appreciating the rural environment. <\/p>\n

VISIT:<\/p>\n

To the old sheep pens currently being restored to become future rural accommodations.<\/p>\n

To the truffle and dryland cereal cultivation area.<\/p>\n

To our traditional village chicken coop, where visitors can feed the hens with our organic wheat and collect the eggs directly.<\/p>\n

SELF-GUIDED WALKS:<\/p>\n

Enjoy a walk through our agricultural fields at your own pace, taking your time to appreciate the beauty and tranquility of the rural surroundings.<\/p>\n

TASTINGS:<\/p>\n

On our farms, we\u2019ll offer you a gift basket featuring locally sourced products paired with our organic truffles and artisanal honey, allowing you to enjoy our traditional cuisine right in the countryside.<\/p>\n

WORKSHOPS:<\/p>\n

Various workshops depending on the time of year \u2014 from experiencing truffle hunting to collecting acorns for growing holm oak seedlings. Harvesting wheat ears, discovering flour by grinding wheat with your own hands, exploring a beehive, and gathering fresh eggs from our chicken coop. <\/p>\n
