This project was born out of love for A\u00edn and its surroundings, from the growing need to return to our roots and highlight the value of the natural environment. The creation of a family winery in the heart of the Sierra Espad\u00e1n is a dream come true, allowing us to revive the fieldwork of our ancestors and bring back into production lands that had been abandoned for decades.<\/p>\n

Rural exodus has led to the gradual loss of the younger population in the villages of the Valencian Community, as well as the abandonment of farmlands and means of sustainability, leaving territories rich in natural resources underutilized. The \u201cEl Celler de la Ibola\u201d project aims to promote the sustainable development of the economy of A\u00edn and the surrounding municipalities.<\/span><\/p>\n
