At L\u2019Auda\u00e7, we have been brewing organic beer using artisanal processes since 2022 in Soneja, Castell\u00f3n. We are committed to using locally sourced raw materials from small nearby producers, collaborating with local artists to design each label, and driven by the belief that the rural world is our true alternative. We believe in a living and dynamic territory, a cooperative one capable of offering high-quality local products that connect us with our roots and, at the same time, become part of the important moments in our lives.<\/p>\n

We offer guided tours and beer tastings.<\/span><\/p>\n

We love opening the doors of our brewery in Soneja, in the Alto Palancia region, so you can discover firsthand how we craft our beers. During the guided tour, we share with you the artisanal brewing process and what it means to produce in an ecological way\u2014respecting both the land and those who cultivate it\u2014while offering a carefully crafted, no-nonsense product.<\/p>\n

The experience includes a tasting of 6 organic craft beers for groups of 8 or more people, accompanied by local products. Inviting you to experience beer with all your senses: tasting, smelling, enjoying, and understanding how each style tells a different story.<\/p>\n
