In Barracas, a small inland village located in the Alto Palancia region, Valencian Community, you will find our farms dedicated to organic agriculture. Surrounded by dryland landscapes, our farm offers a rural experience that combines learning, connection with nature, and tasting of local products.
From the cultivation of organic wheat on traditional terraces to the production of melanosporum black truffle in holm oak plantations, our farms reflect tradition and sustainability. Throughout your visit, you will discover how our agricultural practices respect the environment, protect the soil, and promote biodiversity.

Visit our cereal fields, whose colors change with the seasons.
Harvest wheat ears and transform grain into flour.
Visit our holm oak plantations, producers of melanosporum truffle, a highly prized jewel in world gastronomy.

What does it include?
TALK: The experience begins with an educational talk where we share the positive impact of organic farming and its importance in preserving the rural environment. You will discover how all our activities are interconnected and essential for sustainability. The talk is supported by audiovisual material showing the different activities carried out throughout the seasons of the year.
WALK: During the walk, visitors have the opportunity to connect with the landscape, observe local flora, and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the rural environment. On the route to our agricultural fields, you will walk at your own pace, without rush, discovering the calm of life in the countryside.
TASTING: Once at our farms, visitors will discover the old sheepfold of my ancestors, which will soon become rural accommodation. In the Ejido, the common-use area of the corrals, we organize a tasting of our traditional countryside gastronomy, just as our ancestors did during long working days in the fields — a moment designed to delight the senses.
