VOLATS was born from the dream of three friends — Jordi, Rafa, and Carlos — united by a shared passion: to restore value to the land and prevent the abandonment of farmland. Inspired by the Sierra de Espadán, where centuries-old olive trees were quietly disappearing, they created a project that reclaims our roots and proposes a new, more conscious and respectful way of consuming.
VOLATS offers a unique extra virgin olive oil, made from the native Serrana variety, bottled in a handcrafted stoneware vessel designed in Manises, a land renowned for its ceramic tradition. A product carefully crafted from origin to presentation, complemented by an innovative and sustainable Doypack refill system.
