I’m Artur, a graduate in Food Science and Technology, and since my student years, I discovered that my true passion lies in fermentation. I started making kombucha experimentally, blending science and curiosity, until I realized I could turn that interest into a real project.
Over time, I decided to take the leap and create Baba Yaga Ferments, a brand born with the intention of bringing something different to the market: a kombucha crafted with technical rigor, but also with soul, capable of conveying a story and its own identity. The name is inspired by Baba Yaga, the Slavic mythological figure that represents wisdom and a deep connection with nature—values I want to infuse into every bottle.
My goal is to show that from a rural area like Castellón, it’s possible to launch a strong business, innovate, and create high-quality products that reach different audiences: from those looking for a healthy alternative to those who want a versatile and fun drink to share on any occasion.
Baba Yaga Kombucha is a reflection of my commitment to sustainability, creativity, and a love for the artisanal process. It’s not just about selling a drink, but about building a project that unites tradition and modernity, science and culture, to offer a unique experience.
